therapyA person’s well-being and sense of security are heavily influenced by the relationships they are in. In order for one to feel secure, relationships must be strong and trusting. In my focus, I’ve found that empathy and understanding
is crucial to the development of the self. The empathy and understanding must come from individuals and their family members to be successful. Become aware of how we respond to those we care about and relationships will strengthen as will well-being. Therapy can help an individual find healthier ways to think and feel about others and themselves.

How to Know if Therapy is Right for You

Do you feel hopeless? Would you classify your feelings as depression? Are you not sure how you’re feeling, but know it’s not right? Regardless of how you’re feeling, therapy can help. As a result of therapy you can learn to accept who you are. I’ll also help you through the challenges that come with making a positive change. I strongly believe you can change the way you feel, think, and do things. Feelings, thoughts, and actions are related and with patience and nurturing thoughts, you can learn to trust your self again.
