Business and Corporate Coaching

business coachAs a business coach, my corporate coaching approach focuses on performance, productivity, and profit.

My first step as a business coach is to define the business or corporation by its mission statement. Why? Well, because mission statements often depict the core goal businesses have from day one. Once the mission statement of the business is determined – just as in Life Coaching – certain objectives come into focus. Most often those focuses include: motivation and empowerment as well as setting and achieving goals. Helping individuals and their colleagues communicate more productively also falls into focus more often than not.

Creativity, diversity and sensitivity, team building, and conflict management are just a few of the topics addressed by business and corporate coaches. I offer weekly sessions consisting of specific personnel at agreed lengths. Furthermore, I also offer seminars or workshops upon request. Interested in hiring me either as a business coach or a corporate office coach for a period of time? Contact me here or by calling 502-295-5008.
