Through life coaching I offer a therapeutic model that similarly addresses change as in all therapies.
In my practice as a life coach, I put the emphasis of my practice on motivation, setting and achieving goals. I find this helps clients to develop insight into the internal blocks that challenge their achievement.
My weekly sessions are focused on present and future accomplishments as well as accountability. I’ve found the primary functions of a life coach are to assist in defining goals, help provide structure, direction and focus. I also support and encourage my patients while monitoring and validating progress. All life coaching sessions are one hour in length.
