Couples Therapy

marriage counselingCouples therapy or marriage counseling focuses on the dynamics between the two people involved.

Similar to family therapy these patterns of communication are separated into healthy and dysfunctional ones during couples therapy or marriage counseling. Each individual’s needs are explored, understood and accepted while new patterns of communication are created and practiced.

Couples can also experience a great deal of success in Group Therapy. Several couples together in an Adult Mixed Group can be very helpful to one another in reflection of common issues.

Once again, as in all my therapeutic approaches, creative change is encouraged when dealing with the challenges faced between loved ones. Couples sessions are one hour in length. If you’re interested in learning more, contact me here or call 502-295-5008 today!
